She won the Rising Women Awards for having a management team that consists of 80% women. Tapya&nbsp;said that another reason they won is for their special consideration towards female employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapya stated that this is not the first award they have won. According to the alumna, her company also received Tanzania Top 100 Midsize Company Awards six years in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWinning the award is an honor and a privilege,\u201d Tapya said, adding that it is humbling to know that people out there think she is worthy of such a victory.
