The antique rooms on the first floor showcase International and Middle Eastern brewing techniques. The staff also provides demonstrations on how Arabic, Egyptian and Ethiopian coffee is brewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the legend of Kaldi, coffee originated from the Ethiopian highlands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJebena Buna,\u201d the Ethiopian coffee ceremony, begins when roasted coffee beans are ground in a \u201cMokicha.\u201d Water is boiled over charcoal in a \u201cJebena,\u201d a traditional coffee boiling pot. The ground coffee is then added to the \u201cJebena\u201d and returned to the charcoal, until steam emerges from the top. The hot beverage is served in a tulip-shaped cup called a \u201cCini.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The museum library, screening room and caf\u00e9 are on the second floor.
